NASHVILLE - Two lottery tickets purchased in Tennessee will mean prizes of more than $100,000 for each player after Wednesday night’s Lotto 5 and Powerball drawings. A ticket sold in Fayetteville matched all five Lotto 5 numbers to win the jackpot of $131,527, while a ticket sold in Memphis matched five Powerball numbers, which means a prize of $100,000 for the holder of that ticket.
Meanwhile, there were no jackpot winners from last night’s Powerball drawing, which pushes the jackpot for Saturday’s drawing to an estimated $215 million. The Powerball jackpot amount has not reached this height since May, 2004, when it climbed to $212 million.
